These terms and conditions apply to the OpenRouter Usage Monitor app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for macOS created by Vijaya Kandel (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”).
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the OpenRouter API to fetch usage data. Your use of the OpenRouter API is subject to OpenRouter’s own terms and conditions, available at openrouter.ai.
Data and Security
The Application stores your OpenRouter API key securely in your Mac’s Keychain. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and protect your API key.

Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
